Dave Moore

Dave Moore has been playing Pedal Steel Guitar for some....... fifty years locally, nationally and internationally in bands and behind artists too many to mention as well as recording. Steel Guitar Conventions traditionally featured countless instrumentals although a trend these days is to feature the instrument behind singer's and this year Dave will focus on some classic Garth Brooks songs bringing in mate Shane Biggs to cover the vocals along with the house backing band. As well as that Robyn Howden Lawson from the band Somewhere South Of Nashville will cover the Kristen Foreman song Pedal Steel Me Away, a must for the convention. Looking forward to a great day of Steel Guitar.

ANDY RAY - the DISTANT SOUTH

The Distant South play stories in song - covering the many elements of the human condition. Love, loss, depression, hope and hopelessness. Childhood and adulthood and the fear and accomplishment of reaching middle age. Songs are written with an authentic voice and brought to life with acoustic guitar, banjo, double bass, drums, violin and soaring harmonies.
